"EGG-STRAVAGANT" EASTER CELEBRATION TO BE HELD AT NEWPORT DUNES WATERFRONT RESORT
The Dunes��� Easter weekend will kick off on Friday, April 6 with a decorating session where children of RV guests will dye, glitter and paint thousands of Easter eggs. Children will be encouraged to decorate their own baskets and bonnets using flowers, seashells, ribbons and other materials. Additional baskets, bonnets and visors will be available for sale.
On Saturday, April 7, guests may start the day with a pancake breakfast complete with juice, fresh fruit, sausages and other breakfast favorites before heading off to a massive Easter egg hunt at 9 a.m. where youngsters are invited to search the resort���s beachfront for more than 5,000 eggs.
On Easter Sunday, April 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., an elaborate champagne brunch will be served at the Dunes��� award-winning Back Bay Caf��. The brunch will feature a selection of vegetable, fresh fruit and pasta salads; jumbo create-your-own omelets; Belgian waffles; pasta; and succulent ham, turkey and prime rib. Easter festivities will conclude with a Cottontail Bike Parade at 2 p.m. where RV guests will be invited to decorate their bikes and take a ride around Newport Bay.
